Barbecue carts - for movable feasts
The Bull Longhorn barbecue cart, a four-burner stainless steel unit that is pictured above, is a fine example of a mobile premium barbecue unit with lots of special features that backyard chefs can appreciate.
With four cast-brass main burners, an infrared back burner and dual burners outside the hood, a chef can breeze back and forth between barbecue grilling and preparing side dishes. A side cover for the outside burners provides protection from wind and inclement weather.
Heavy-duty push-to-turn burner knobs and a built-in temperature gauge put control in the hands of the cook. A warming rack keeps things toasty and a full-length handle allows the hood to be opened and closed easily. The Longhorn model includes flavorizer bars, a full-size grease tray and convenient food-prep shelves at each end. A condiment and towel rack, storage drawers and interior storage cabinets with shelving make accessing supplies a snap.
The swivel-casters on Bull's cart-type barbecue grills enable them to be easily moved and then locked in place for safety. This lets a backyard chef transport the Longhorn grill from the barbecue site to an out-of-the-way locale where it can be draped with the unit's durable vinyl cover for protection.
Barbecue islands - source of permanent pride
Bull's permanent grill island models offer a variety of features and design options, including a selection of stucco, rock or brick exterior finishes that enable owners to match their backyard décor or poolscape. Color choices are also available for the tile used on the countertops of the island units.
Chefs can customize Bull's barbecue islands to meet cooking needs, as additional burners, a sink or refrigerator can be added. The selection of an umbrella, bar stools and CD player for the island can provide an entertaining place for family and friends to gather while the chef works his or her magic.
